Q: What materials do you make webbing from, and which to choose?

We work with all the main materials: polyamide (PA, nylon) — the strongest, withstands abrasion on hardware and dyes deep, our primary material for load-bearing products; polypropylene (PP) — cheaper, light, does not absorb water; polyester (PES) — dimensionally stable and fade-resistant; cotton — natural, for haberdashery and eco products. To order we produce even kevlar webbing. Not sure which to choose — describe your product and we will recommend the material for the job.

Q: Minimum order and packaging?

Ex stock — from 50 m. Standard winding — 50 m rolls up to 300 mm in diameter. For automatic unwinding lines we wind onto spools up to Ø800 mm with an intact core — the roll goes onto the line without rewinding.

Items from the table ship ex stock: same-day dispatch for orders paid before 15:00. Production to order (non-standard width, construction, material or color) — from 7 days depending on volume.

We manufacture webbing at our own mill, operating since 2008: polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, cotton — and even kevlar to order. We produce the same width in several weave constructions — they differ in thickness, weight and breaking strength. Lightweight ones go into bag straps and adjustment belts, standard — into backpacks and gear, heavy-duty — into load points and rigging. Breaking strength runs from 500 N for narrow lightweight tapes to 30,000 N for heavy straps; we match the construction to your product and hardware and confirm the figure before ordering.

The table lists polyamide webbing (our base material). We also produce narrow tapes 3–15 mm, heavy-duty SB straps 25 and 40 mm (from UAH 16.10/m), non-standard widths and webbing in PP, PES, cotton and kevlar — priced on request.

Colors & finishing

Color, printing and finish

Every item in the table is supplied piece-dyed in a solid color, with a printed camo pattern or logo, or with a technical coating. All of it is done at our own mill, no subcontractors.

Dyeing

Solid colors — 48 shades ex stock

Dyed in-house with instrumental color matching: X-Rite Color i7 spectrophotometer, ΔE control. The palette holds 48 shades — from classic haberdashery colors to tactical AMS-STD-595 and RAL — and to order we match any color per Pantone, RAL or your physical sample (from 1,000 m per batch).

Printing

Camo patterns & logos

Printed in-house: MultiCam-type, MM-14 pixel and "predator" patterns — single- and double-sided, widths 25–50 mm. We also print your logo or custom pattern, with a pre-production sample for approval. Pixel — from UAH 8.50/m, multicam — from UAH 12.90/m.

Finishing

Coatings & winding

Water-repellent finishing on a Jakob Müller line — the only one in Ukraine. Winding: 50 m rolls or spools up to Ø800 mm with an intact core for automatic unwinding lines — the roll goes onto the line without rewinding.

What is a "construction" and how do I choose one?

We produce the same width in different weave constructions: they differ in thickness, weight and breaking strength. A lightweight 25 mm tape and a heavy-duty 25 mm tape are different products in strength terms. In 40–50 mm widths we run six such weaves — from lightweight up to heavy straps. You don't need to know article numbers: describe your product and the load in the request — we will select the construction.
